Ribbon Winner!

I was honored to receive a second-place ribbon in the professional color photography category in the "On My Own Time" art show through American Airlines, organized by the Business Council for the Arts. Lots of great competition and beautiful artwork by AA employees, retirees and spouses. My ribbon-winning entry:

Fort Worth at Night

This is a shot from the top of a parking garage in downtown Fort Worth looking across the front of the fabulous Bass Performance Hall. Longer exposure lets the lights of the cars create streaks in the streets.

Sundance Square in Fort Worth is alive and exciting on weekend nights, even when it's still 92 degrees outside! Spent several minutes with this talented and friendly musician as he entertained us with some great music and conversation. Not three blocks from the infamous Bass Hall we found a much different type of entertainment, but one that was every bit as enjoyable.
